Ways To Tell If He's Just Stringing You Along

I've had conversations regarding this topic many times with different friends throughout the years. For some reason, some women just refuse to see the signs. Sometimes I want to just grab them and shake them, but I know that won't help because people see what they choose. I also know that a lot of women put up with so much crap because they don't want to be alone. Trust me, I understand, but do not allow yourself to be treated like two-day old bread. It's better to be alone than to be mistreated and neglected. I know it sounds like typical talk, but this way you will save yourself lots of heartache and regret. Here are some things I told my girlfriends about the 5 warning signs:

5. He Never Has Much to Say
His conversation with you is short and vague and whenever you ask him a question he uses trite expressions. This person clearly is not going to put any effort into you. After all, he is not trying to impress you because you are not "the one." Don't feel bad, he's probably not "the one" for you either, so don't waste each others time. Move on and don't play his games.

4. He Always Has Excuses and Unfulfilled Promises
Do you always entertain excuses about why he hasn't called or why he couldn't make a date? Obviously, you are not at the top of his list and will always play second fiddle. This person will never put into the relationship the same as you. The reason why he always has excuses and unfulfilled promises is because you are just "extra." Extra as defined as unnecessary or unessential.

3. He's Never Available To You
He can never meet when you want to. He is always late whenever you two set a date. He never returns calls or texts... or is late to do so. Also, you always have to seek him out because he never comes to look for you or inquire of your whereabouts. A person who is interested will make time for you and will want to know how to find you. Doesn't that make sense?

2. He Never Makes Plans With You
This is only temporary for him.You are just "something to do" until a better option comes along. There is no future for you two, so why plan a trip to the Caribbeans and give you false hope. Also, you know things are really bad if he only wants to get together at your house...no dinner nor movie...need I say more? 

1. He's Never Introduced You To His Family and Friends
This should be the number one red flag. If he doesn't introduce you to his circle then it's because you aren't important enough. Simple. Also, if he doesn't see you in his future, then why should he? You just need to be smart enough to move on after you are made aware of it.
